- 8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (gluten free if needed)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Optional: sesame seeds or green onions
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add steak and cook 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Add bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Return steak and shrimp to the pan.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
- Cook 1–2 more minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions and serve immediately.
