Ingredients

  • 8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (gluten free if needed)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: sesame seeds or green onions

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak and cook 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  6. Return steak and shrimp to the pan.
  7. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
  8. Cook 1–2 more minutes until heated through.
  9. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions and serve immediately.
