Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- chopped
- 1 cup smoked mozzarella
- cubed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grape juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente, drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl combine cooked pasta, chopped spinach, and smoked mozzarella.
- Whisk olive oil, grape juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together.
