Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in sour cream, milk, vanilla, and red food coloring. Gradually add dry ingredients until just combined.
- In another bowl, whisk cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour half of the cake batter into the bundt pan. Spoon cream cheese filling evenly over the batter, avoiding edges.
- Top with remaining cake batter and gently smooth the top.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- Whisk icing ingredients until smooth and drizzle over cooled cake before serving.
