Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat softened butter with granulated and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the dough into balls, then flatten slightly with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
- Brush tops lightly with melted butter and sprinkle the brown sugar-cinnamon mixture to create a swirl pattern.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
