Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, salsa verde, rice, black beans, and corn.
- Stir in Greek yogurt, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in half of the shredded cheese.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
