  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup diced smoked beef
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grape juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, grape juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
