Instructions

  6. Roast for 25‑30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the roasted cauliflower and return to oven for 5 minutes, until cheese melts.
  8. Remove, let rest briefly, and serve warm.
