  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes, canned
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
