- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a casserole dish.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak slices and cook for 3–4 minutes until just browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add peppers and onions and sauté for 5–6 minutes until tender.
- Stir in garlic, black pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce and cook for 30 seconds.
- Return steak to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream, stirring gently.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
- Top evenly with provolone and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
