  • lbs thinly sliced steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
