- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced

- Salt, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
