- Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then roll each ball in granulated sugar.
- Place dough balls on the baking sheet, spacing evenly.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes, until cookies are set but still soft.
- Remove from oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
