Ingredients
- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil for roasting
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise, remove seeds.
- 3. Drizzle with olive oil, season, and roast cut side down for 30-40 minutes.
- 4. Scrape flesh with fork to create strands.
- 5. In a bowl, mix strands with cheese, milk, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- 6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
