Sauce:
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp pineapple juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Optional garnish: sliced green onions or sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
- Place chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, and onion on the sheet pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss lightly.
