  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (6 oz) box chicken-flavored stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add shredded chicken to the sauce mixture and stir until fully coated.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix stuffing mix with chicken broth and melted butter until moistened.
  6. Spoon the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken layer.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
