- 1 large egg
- ½ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Place grated zucchini in a colander, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Squeeze out as much liquid as possible using a clean towel or paper towels.
- Transfer zucchini to a bowl and add egg, flour, Parmesan, garlic, pepper, and paprika.
- Mix until well combined.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Scoop spoonfuls of batter into the pan and flatten slightly.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Remove and drain briefly on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
