Instructions

- Add diced chicken, Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt. Cook until chicken is lightly browned.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Cook for 15–18 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Lower heat and stir in milk and cottage cheese until creamy.
- Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes, stirring often.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
