  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a blender, blend cottage cheese and milk until completely smooth.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in the blended cottage cheese mixture and heat gently.
  6. Stir in garlic powder, pepper, salt, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella until creamy.
  7. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix until fully coated.
  8. Transfer pasta to the prepared baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.
  9. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  10. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley or basil if desired, and serve warm.
