  4. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until combined.
  5. Pour half the batter into the pan.
  6. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle half over batter.
  7. Add remaining batter and top with remaining cinnamon mixture.
  8. Use a knife to gently swirl.
