  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt

Cinnamon Swirl:

  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Glaze:

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas and melted butter.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet mixture.
  6. In a small bowl, mix swirl ingredients.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle half the cinnamon mixture over it.
  8. Add remaining batter and top with remaining cinnamon mixture. Swirl gently with a knife.
  9. Bake 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool slightly, then drizzle glaze over the top before slicing.
