Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli and cook 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.

- Return chicken to the skillet and pour sauce over everything.
- Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish and serve warm over rice or on its own.
