  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • Optional: sesame seeds or green onions

Instructions

  2. Add sliced chicken and cook 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add broccoli and cook 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and pepper.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and pour sauce over everything.
  7. Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  8. Garnish and serve warm over rice or on its own.
