Description

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 12 small cubes mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: chopped parsley or ranch dip for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Take a spoonful of chicken mixture and flatten slightly in your hand.
  4. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and wrap chicken around it to form a ball.
  5. Wrap each ball with one slice of turkey bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  6. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle lightly with shredded mozzarella.
