Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15–18 minutes until rice is tender.
- Stir in black beans and cooked sausage; heat 3–5 minutes until warmed through.
- Fluff with a fork, garnish if desired, and serve.
