- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Lightly flour a surface and roll dough into a rope, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Preheat air fryer to 375 F (190 C).
- Place churro bites in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and puffed.
- While warm, toss churro bites in cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately.
